We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email at playmats@ah-graphics.co.uk within the cancellation period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that they have been returned), using the original payment method.
Returns
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an eligible item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide return instructions.
Exceptions to Returns
We may reduce the amount refunded if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been diminished as a result.
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Return Procedure
To request a return, please contact us at playmats@ah-graphics.co.uk and provide:
- Your order number
- Your name
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return
We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several working days for funds to appear in your account after the refund has been issued.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for returned items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of the issue, including photographs where appropriate.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A full or partial refund
This is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
